Errors importing Reqif files to DOORS Next

I have exported a number of reqif v 1.0 files from DOORS 9.6 and want to import into DOORS next build. File upload is not a problem and I have ReqIf import priviliges. When the import gets to type definition then it fails and start emitting error messages along the line:

What is the problem here?
