Is it possible to replace the artifact from a stream to another version of artifacts from a baseline in DNG V6.0.6.1. Something similar to that in RTC, where we could replace the component with some another baseline.

 Hello Deepali,

You query seems unclear.. do you want
a. the artifacts in the stream to be restored from the baseline ?? or
b. the artifacts in the stream to be part of the baseline ??

Here is a link that might help you with (a) :

For (b), you have to create a new baseline of the steam.

Hope it helps!

Bharath

Hi Bharath,

I want to know, how the artifacts in the stream can be replaced or reversed to some previously created baseline. The link which you provided is for copying of artifacts. To make it more clear here is an example:
1.  Stream A - Has 3 artifact.
2.  Baseline(BL1) is created for stream A.
3.  Deleted 2 artifacts from Stream A.
4.  Now I want to have all the 3 artifacts again or revert back to artifacts in BL1.

How can I do this?

Thank you!

Hi Deepali,

When a baseline is created from the stream and once the baseline is been created , it cannot be modified.
In order to work with the artifacts present in the baseline you have to create a new stream.

After you delete the artifacts which are present in the Stream and if you want to revert it back,

The Only possible way is to create a new stream from the baseline.

Hope this helps!

Rakesh S
