How to use another tomcat installation

Vincent Chatel (61) | asked Dec 18 '07, 11:02 a.m.
Hi all,

I have another tomcat server wth other apps, how can use the jazz server with the previous tomcat install ?

I try some tips (run the two server together) or put the jazz.war in the webapp directory with the jvm option described in the server.start.bat of the jazz server but nothing works.

Any helps ?

Vincent

JAZZ DEVELOPER
The approach of adding jazz.war to webapps should work, assuming you're using a compatible Tomcat. We've only tested with Tomcat 5.5. The default jazz.war configuration requires ports 9080 and 9443, and SSL configured.

How is it failing?

Hi,

I try to put the jazz.war into the webapp folder of the other tomcat server. In this way, the jazz server don"t show the project previously created.

If I just put the jazz.war in the webapp folder, how the tomcat server reads the teamserver.properties file and how is managed the link with the derby database.
