PSF files and RTC client.

Hi,
we use psf file as tool to load every module needed for application. This is an easy way to share code with the build and deploy team to build a new version for us. (They only need to load this file). We have been trying to do something similar with RTC, but we couldn't. As "workaround", we can load a stream with the BL's we need for the next release and the build user, load this stream into a Ws repo, and then, they can load those eclipse projects. is there an easier way to share this projects without creating anything? (something similar as load a simple psf file) Thanks in advance Sergio |

How is creating/maintaining a psf file for a given set of components
easier/simpler than creating/maintaining a stream that contains those components? Cheers, Geoff On 9/5/2011 6:38 AM, slorente wrote: Hi, |

Hi,
I'm not talking about creating/maintaining (awesome performance for developers). You don't need to sale me RTC. I want it for me ;) I just talking about share info with another team (as build team). For example, if I develop an application with diferent modules, and those modules are stored in differents repositories, i can share all the release info in a simple psf file. With Rtc i have 2 choices (I guess): - Create a stream ad hoc and a ws pointing to it. - Or create a Ws repo for each Project Area i need. This problem will increase if i have part of those modules stored in RTC and some of them in another tool. Have u got a simpler solution than a psf file for that? Thank you.
