Reporting on changeset approvals

Daniel Ruebush (9715987) | asked Feb 03 '17, 12:21 a.m.

I could use some help.

We want to create a report at the change set levelĀ  to know
Report 1- Which change sets have received at least one Approval
Report 2- Which change sets do not have any approval (or wasn't even submitted for approval)

I have not seen a way to do this at the changeset level. Anyone have any thoughts?

Approvals and approval reporting is done at the work item level.
There is no approval reporting supported at the change set level.
But you can use approvals at the work item level to implement approvals at the change set level, because there are ways to prevent change sets from being added/removed from a work item when it has reached a given state, so the approval at the work item level is a reliable way of indicating approval at the change set level.
