Hi,

We are recently started getting the below error when we trigger the build.

2017-01-25 15:37:07 [Jazz build engine] Fetching files to fetch destination "D:\BuildFiles\DFRBLDD02VW_04_engine\BuildLoad" ...
CRRTC3524W: Communication with the repository failed due to this error: CRJAZ0099E An HTTP error occurred when this URL was being accessed: https://jazzserver.xx:9443/ccm/service/com.ibm.team.filesystem.common.IFilesystemService. Error details: java.net.SocketTimeoutException.

I also increased the repository connection property to 7200 as suggested in below technotes but still getting the problem.

We are using CLM 502 on window 2008 R2 server. Hardware usage and databases connection everything looks fine. I can not see anything on ccm.log and systemout.log file

Can anyone please suggest me what will be the cause and fix for it.

From the JBE machine, can you access the said URL?

Donald, Yes. from JBE machine I can access the URL. Some of the builds are running from that machine.
