Can I restrict the ability to add a child to a work item?
Is there a way to specify that a work item type cannot have children so that RTC restricts the ability to add a child (to this work item type) or add a parent that is of this work item type?

Hi Susan, you would have to create a work item save advisor (precondition) that prevents saving the work item if it has a child. https://rsjazz.wordpress.com describes all the pieces you need for that.
