Linking RTC variance with RQM TCER issue

Hi,

I am facing an issue in RTC. I am trying to link a RTC variace with RQM test case execution records. I am fnding only Test case execution record linked to variance. I am not finding test case, test suite and linked plan for the test case.
Where as if I link from the RQM test case execution records (defect section) to the RTC variance then I am findin all.(TCER,Test case,Test Plan etc....).

Can somebody anwers what could be reason and provide the solution if there are any.

Excuse my ignorance - what is an "RTC variace"? If you mean a custom work item type, is it a plan work item type of execution work item type?
