Problems with Report Templates

I am noticing a problem with a couple of the built-in report templates in RTC 2.0. In particular, the "Project Activity" report flat doesn't work. Creating a report from this template pops up the configuration screen for it with selection boxes for team area, component, & stream, but the boxes are not populated with any of my teams, streams, or components. The same happes with other reports, like Build Health.

Am I missing a step? Is this a bug?

The project activity report needs to be configured:

- Go to the report page in the WEB UI
- Click the link Administer SCM Snapshot
- Select the SCM Streams for which you want to collect data in the data warehouse. Only select the ones you need to report on to avoid wasting server storage and CPU cycles.
- The next time the data collection tasks run at midnight, data will be collected on those streams and your reports will come to life.

Regarding the Build Health reports, you need to setup some builds for those, do you have builds?
