DNG Project Properties page cannot be displayed after importing another project area

Andrew Clement (7272473) | asked Jan 06 '17, 12:45 a.m.
I am using DOORS Next Generation 6.0.2.
I created a brand new project area and then imported project properties from an exiting project area.

The import appeared to be successful and I got the following messages.

The project properties were imported successfully.
ID CRRRW7582I This message is for informational purposes only.

When I refreshed the project properties page, I got the following error:

Unable to determine whether you have permission to access a project.
ID CRRRW7291E  Your permissions for access to the project could not be retrieved from the server. Your user information might not be configured correctly.

In the rm.log, there is "workflow definition not found" error.

This indicates that the workflow association of the artifact type is copied over to the target project area but the corresponding workflow definition is NOT copied over to the target project area.

If you check the project properties of the source project area, you should be able to see some artifact types with workflow association set.

This issue has been fixed in DOORS Next Generation 6.0.3.
* I have tested DOORS Next Generation 6.0.2 with iFix006 and the behaviour is still there.

DOORS Next Generation 6.0.3 will not copy workflow association nor workflow definition.
