How do you uninstall only LQE on a Linux Machine?

Kathryn R (113) | asked Dec 30 '16, 11:38 a.m.
I wish to uninstall the LQE application on a Linux server. Do I need to use the installation manager (IM) to do this or can I uninstall it through WebSphere directly by selecting the application?

On the installation process I modified the silent-install-server.xml file to install Jazz Reporting Service (JRS) which contains LQE along with other applications. Then I used WebSphere to install LQE by calling the .war file.

Thanks in advance!

Hi Kathryn,

Sounds like you already know the answer. If you uninstall LQE in Websphere admin console, LQE application is no longer accessible, but .war file still remains undeleted in the diskspace. If you want to completely delete .war file, use IM to untick LQE option.
