RQM: Testscripts: Can we move values in 'category' fields to custom attribute fields?
We have over 100 thousand test cases, each containing string values in the category field.
However, we are experiencing performance issues (browser freeze in settings screen during report creation) since there are too many categories containing values.
We wish to empty these category fields, while keeping the string value.
Currently we believe the way to do this is by having a separate custom string attribute that stores these, and for that, we wish to know a way to move the value from category to custom string attribute for the 100 thousand test cases.
Is this possible?
We thought about ExcelImporter / URL utility etc, but I think these would generate new WIs, while what we want is to edit all the existing ones. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
