Template creation in RPE using RDNG data

The step to generate a report with DNG modules(CLM 6.0.2) data using RPE(2.1), the DNG modules contains artifact content, attribute need to generate report in the below format, sl.no should be auto generated and status attribute has values namely pass/fail. The report should be generated only based on status value.

This should be straight forward. Is "Status" a custom attribute?

Status is custom attribute and Modified Date is system attribute
