Creating a friend relationship between rqm and Top Team

Hello I'm trying to find a solution to have my company instance of rqm 5.0.2 link to top team. Our goals is that whenever a group receives an update in top team it would update the folder in the rm repository for rqm. I believe we can link the apps using an oauth consumers request, but I'm having some trouble figuring out how to get this to work. Any advice or guidance is appreciated.

Unfortunately, RQM does not support integration with Top Team (see https://jazz.net/extend/integrations/#tool=Rational%20Quality%20Manager).
