Hi,

is it possible to get a list of all available configurations (Streams / Baselines...) containing properties like the oslc-identifier  of a RQM-ProjectArea using the REST API in Version 6.0.1?

No, there isn't, but this is something that we've discussed internally.  We just didn't have anyone asking for it.  If you have some use case that requires it, I suggest you open an enhancement with some details of your use case and requirements.
