Importing Report Builder Reports

Is there any other way to import reports (exported from another report builder instance) into report builder other than the report administration section? I am looking for ways to kick off the import automatically as I have multiple instances where I need to import the report into.

Unfortunately the only way to import reports into Report Builder is via the admin page UI.
