When does WebSphere get upgraded to 7.0.0.29 during CLM 3.x to 4.x upgrade?

I am upgrading CLM 3.x to 4.x in a distributed Linux environment and have generated the Interactive Upgrade Guide for the upgrade. However, it is not clear when to upgrade WebSphere (currently 7.0.0.21) to the 7.0.0.29 required by CLM 4.0. Can you please clarify when in the upgrade guide to perform this upgrade?

This is what I get in the big red box titled "Important: Before you upgrade, read these important notes"
Version 4.0.7 no longer supports WebSphere Application Server version 6.1. If your current application server version is 6.1, before you upgrade the Rational solution for CLM, you must upgrade your WebSphere Application Server to version 7 or 8. For instructions about installing and migrating WebSphere Application Server, see the following WebSphere Application Server information centers: Version 7 or Version 8.
So in the same tune, you should upgrade WAS before anything else.
