After downloading the installable, when I extract it I get a message saying no files to be extracted?

After downloading the installable, when I extract it I get a message saying no files to be extracted? I tried to download installable on firefox and IE both has the same issue.

Can I know what is the issue about and how can I resolve it?

I used DownloadThemAll add-ons and then it worked fine.
