How to migrate dcc,ldx, lqe,gc,relm,report builder, data warehouse databases from derby to db2

Hi,
 
The CLM 6.0.1 Knowledge Center contains instructions to migrate jts,ccm,qm,rm databases from derby to DB2.
It does not mention dcc,ldx, lqe,gc,rs,relm, data warehouse database migration.

Some questions:
1) Is using repotools-....sh import/export the supported method to migrate dcc,gc,relm  databases ?

2) There's no repotools for ldx,lqe, report builder so how to migrate these databases ?

3) is data warehouse database migration covered by repotools-<jts,ccm,qm,rm> ?
