Integration between RAF and RTC or RAM

We are thinking of integration RAF and RTC or RAM.

Which one is better option?

Do we have good documentation anywhere?

Do we have a documentation on how to use RTC from RAF/BF?

We could not help you to decide which one is better because this based on your use case, but as far as I know, there are some customers are using RAM integration with BF and make great achievements...
