 Do we have any script or query or reports to pull the user name and their roles list for all project/team areas?
Is there any feasibility in JRS to pull those information.

Have you looked at running the "Generate Runtime Report" from eclipse?

 Say i have role called release lead in all project area . I like to have the users list of entire release leads from all project area. I have more than 90+ project areas
