IBM Rational Quality Manager can consume the following specifications that PTC Integrity outputs:
- Change Management  OSLC specification 2.0,
- Requirements Management PSLC specification 2.0.

Check this link for all the IBM products which can integrate with PTC integrity - http://open-services.net/software/ptc-integrity/

An OSLC adapter would be required to integrate with IBM RQM. You could use ecplise Lyo projects to build one.
