RTC Queries for Count Function

Hi Team,

We are using RTC Webclient 5.0.2 and RTC Client for Ecplise 4.0.7.

I want to create the query using Count function and Pivot table function(Similar to excel) in RTC , let me know how to create the expressions, currently only AND & OR conditions customization is available on RTC query for display of column to doenload report in CSV format

You can not use aggregate function in RTC workitem queries directly. You can install JRS component in CLM 5.0.2 and create JRS report which support aggregation.

There is no way to create queries like that. You can try exporting the data and then do whatever you can do with it there. The Jazz Reporting Service gets more and more capabilities e.g. for counting in RTC 6.0.x.
