One of our Team Leads would like to be able to update team members work assignment percentages based on current resource needs. For example, a team member could currently be assigned 25% maintenance, 75% new development, but a month from now it could be adjusted to 50/50.

The permission required for this seems to be JazzAdmin, which is too much for a team lead who's not an Admin.

Is there anyway to grant this permission to a non-Admin or are there plans to implement something like this in a future release?

This functionality is not currently available, but has been requested in
work item 61076. Please feel free to add a comment to that work item to
