Is there is a way to schedule QUERY (not "reports") and email it automatically?

Well, you can write an application which runs a query (utilizing OSLC/REST API or Java API), processes the XML response, and then sends emails through an SMTP server.

I don't think RTC itself has such feature as it is not part of the "notification".
