Why is RM displaying as Rational JTS Application Mode?
Hi,
We are migrating a client's CLM environment from a single server to a distributed environment.
However, we have noticed a strange issue with RM while testing the setup.
The RM app shows as "Rational JTS Application Mode" under registered applications, and when we hover over this, we get this description: "The Jazz Team Server pretending to be an application."
We also cannot access RM, and receive this error message: "Error 403: CRJAZ2612E my-login-user is not a user in the repository. Check the spelling and capitalization of the user ID. The user might need to be imported into the repository."
All other applications (JTS, CCM, QM) are working correctly, and we can login without any issues.
Notes:
RM is installed on its own server, as are JTS, CCM and QM.
CLM version is 6.0
WAS version is 8.5.5
Thank you,
Sudheer

Hi Kevin,
Yes you are correct, we are moving from all-in-one setup to distributed.
We are using IHS as a reverse proxy.
We managed to get around the issue by reinstalling RM.
Thanks,
Sudheer

Reboot did not fix this, after re-index /rm resolves to jts during setup |

Just to be clear: you're moving from an all-in-one application setup to try to distribute ? Any URL renaming going on in this transfer ? Absent some sort of reverse proxy and/or rename, The RM application is bound to the same hostname as the JTS ( when co-located in a single application server )
