Story point velocity capacity using Quick planner in RTC
When using the RTC Quickplanner, is there a a way for a scrum master to set a "velocity capacity" for a given sprint.
When planning for a sprint I would like to set the capacity of a sprint. This method would allow me to know "how much capacity" is left for my team as I bring new stories into the sprint I am currently planning. If there is another way to see this, please let me know. |
