Release Backlog no longer showing previous sprints data.

Martin McAuley (1721633) | asked May 11 '15, 6:24 a.m.
In Eclipse, on opening our Release Backlog schedule we can see the previous sprints, current sprint and future sprints as expected. The current sprint is showing the expected number of closed and open items and the corresponding progress bar, however the 3 previous sprints are now showing 0 closed and 0 open items and no-work in the progress bars. This was working but has now just stopped. Is this a known problem?

Can you open the plan from web client and check if "Include All Items" in the Plan Details section is checked?
In the Plan Details, the Release plan has a check box to Include All Items, which includes execution items from sub-teams and past iterations in the plan.

Thanks for this - it has fixed the problem.
Can this option only be set from the web client (we use the Eclipse client)?
The previous sprints had been showing ok - does this option get automatically reset at any point, as we don't understand how it stopped working?

I don't know how to change the setting on Eclipse client for existing plan. But when you create a new plan, you can check "Always load all execution items" in Advanced Options.

Note that the Eclipse plan views are deprecated, and no longer are available starting in RTC-6.0, so I would recommend switching to only using the web for your planning views.
