RTC does not "talk" to the LDAP server directly. So this will never happen.

Also, it is technically challenging to define what "leave" means. If one day your RTC server just (temporarily) lost connection to the LDAP server, do you want all the users to be archived automatically?

Usually companies have tools to maintain their LDAP and automate things e.g. manage user access. It is possible to ass additional automation there to archive the users etc.
