How do I resolve Error Code CRJAZZ1728E? Is ther a work around?

Operating in a virtual environment using Microsoft OS 2012 R2 server. Cloned primary application server running CLM 5.0.2

In the rename process using repotools we received the following error code: CRJAZZ1728E

repotools-jts.bat -verifyURLMappings mappingFile=mappings.txt repositoryURL=https://myserver:443/jts adminuserId=Admin adminPassword=Admin
