Starting with 4.0.3 & 4.0.4 (never seen in 4.0.2-)

we are getting this error when looking at RRC artifacts:

(brand new installs of CLM)

The artifact cannot be displayed because the Requirements Management (RM) application cannot authenticate with server.

Can you provide more details on what is happening?
Like Did the setup wizard complete, is this on entering the /rm/web URL, anything in rm.log?

Hi, Sterling

From the error message, it could be the issue reported here:
https://jazz.net/library/article/1160#00004

The same has been fixed in 4.0.5 and testfix is available for 4.0.4. if you need a testfix for 4.0.4(if the workaround in the article does not serve you well), please contact support team for it:
you can ask for the support engineer to get the fix from:

This is it exactly! We are finding more and more logged in to jts/admin or jts/dashboards as their first connection point, then moving to other areas. We will definitely have to test this when available.
