RRC error...
Starting with 4.0.3 & 4.0.4 (never seen in 4.0.2-)
we are getting this error when looking at RRC artifacts:
(brand new installs of CLM)

From the error message, it could be the issue reported here: https://jazz.net/library/article/1160#00004 The same has been fixed in 4.0.5 and testfix is available for 4.0.4. if you need a testfix for 4.0.4(if the workaround in the article does not serve you well), please contact support team for it: you can ask for the support engineer to get the fix from: workitem: 285413 Don Sterling Ferguson-II selected this answer as the correct answer

This is it exactly! We are finding more and more logged in to jts/admin or jts/dashboards as their first connection point, then moving to other areas. We will definitely have to test this when available. |

Like Did the setup wizard complete, is this on entering the /rm/web URL, anything in rm.log?
