A user was working on a specific workspace at her home office, shutdown and exited RTC w/o error, came to the office and tried to restart RTC/Eclipse using the same workspace, and RTC fails to start. The user can start RTC with another workspace, but the RTC log shows this error

You should fix up the question as there appears to be a lot of HTML / CSS tags that do not render....
It looks like possibly the Eclipse metadata is corrupt somehow (ex: Eclipse was closed forcibly or crashed, etc. while it was in the middle of writing to the metadata). This would not be RTC specific though, and could happen to Eclipse without any other [RTC] plugins installed. It would be nice if you could track down a stack trace so we can confirm though. You might need to create a new Eclipse workspace though.
