Can Doors Next Gen APIs get Linked artifacts

 I'm using OSLC APIs of Doors Next Gen and I can query for any requirement I want, but I can only query for that requirement only. I can't know to which requirements it links, so is it possible to know these links through the OSLC APIs?

Another question, if there is a hierarchy in one of the modules, can I extract this hierarchy through the OSLC APIs?
Meaning: if Req1 is a header that has 2 children requirements Req2 and Req3, can I extract this hierarchy in one way or another?
