How to use outlook DL in RTC Queries ?
Hi,
I have an team of 40 members, so every time when there is an addition or deletion of any member, all my queries needs to be updated manually with the new changes. It is very difficult to update all the queries with new information. It could be better , if there is something like outlook distribution list, so whenever there is an change, that DL alone shall be updated.
Is there any way to add outlook distribution list to the RTC query category Created By ?
