CQ migration from source OS AIX to target OS Windows

pascale Vernie (613) | asked Aug 16 '16, 1:33 p.m.

Hello,

I need to move a CQ Installation (CQ Version 8.0.1.0, Build 8.0.1.D130526) running on an AIX Platform (AIX 7.1 TL3) to Windows Server 2012 R2. Database used is DB2.

Any idea on how to proceed ?

Many thanks in advance

It depends what you have installed on this server. I see you have a database. What else? web server? web application?

It should be very simple if the database does not need to migrated. You just install CQ on the Windows machine, create/import the CQ connection using Maintenance Tool. And that's it.
