Is there a command line interface for Rational Team concert to create user stories, tasks, .... ?

I am looking for a command line interface to Ratinal team concert to be able to create multiple User Stories, Tasks programatically using scripts on Windows and Linux.
Can you please point me to where I can download it, if it exists and how to use it examples ... Thanks |

There currently is no command line client for creating / managing work items.
