dSCM: Component replication doesn't work between RTC 6.0.1 & 6.0.2 servers. Are the versions not compatible?

Suddenly the replication between below versions was not successful. Is there any limitation, which makes those versions incompatible? Or is there any known issue between that versions? (means it should work, but it doesn't?)

The second problem is the ERROR MESSAGE which is not really explaining: "what is the problem?"

Error message Text:
"Data posted to replication service was invalid: Internal error

In general distributed SCM requires compatible datamodels in each server. This means it is only guaranteed to work if both servers have the same version. However I would expect it not to work from the very beginning and to tell that there is an incompatibility if that is the reason.

In the past there where versions with different version numbers that supported distributed SCM. It basically comes down to when the SCM team has to change the datamodel. There have been some changes in 6.0.2 that could impact the datamodel. I have no real information about that though.

Hello Ralph, thank you so much for that very fast response.

Additional question: is there any chance to get a compatibility matrix for different RTC (Server) versions in the scope of SCM-Data-Model-Compatibility?

On this page go to documentation (menu on top), use search and search for matrix. Pick Client and server version compatibility. Select the version you want if you did not already.
Browse the page down to "Server compatibility for distributed Source Control Management (SCM)"

And it does not indicate you should have an issue.
