Connecting Uploaded Domains to models that use them in Design Manager 6.0.2

to upload my profile to Design Manager, I have also uploaded a model written using the rules in the uploaded profile/ domain, but somehow they are not associated and I can't see the uploaded domain in the list of  profiles accessed by File -> Add Profile to Model using Rhapsody rich client version 8.1.5 with Design Manager in actively managed mode (tried to upload picture, think system stopped me) In fact I can't see any Design Manager domains (only ones present on the file system of the client machine), what am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help!
