 I will like to have the ability to e-mail or subscribe people using through user list where the users can select the people want to get notifications of the current work item, any idea how to do it? any scripts?

Hello,

From a work item, you can click the Links "tab" and then add users from the right side under subscribers. Or are you asking for a programmable api?

 yes, I'm trying to automate it depending of the values selected in the attributes by the user so the system auto add people that may affected.

there is nothing built into the product to do this kind of functionality.  one would have to write a server side  java extension.
