How to resolve issue of planned start date not populating as desired?
For any workitem I add in the plan with iteration and time line "[10/3/16-10/7-16]", the workitem takes the plan start date as the creation date of the workitem even after creating snapshot of type "Planned".
The Constraint type is "Start No Earlier than" and Constraint Date is "10/4/16",
The conflict is indicated by an error icon in the workitem column. on mouse hover the error shown is as "The work item has a Start No Earlier Than constraint for 10/4/16, but it is planned to start on 7/14/16.".
How to resolve this issue so that the workitem gets planned start date as 10/4/16?
