Why do we see the message "undefined" when we click on the bars in a graph created via Report Builder?

We have created a bar graph using Jazz Report Builder. And it is a grouped graph. X-axis has the Features and Y-axis the number of workitems and the groups in the bar show workitems against each Planned for.
I want to drill down into a particular group on the bar. But when I click on it, it sometimes shows me the message "Undefined".
Can someone please tell me why this is seen? And how can it be fixed? Thanks.

Whatever a feature is in terms of attributes, undefined means that an attribute value for that specific attribute has not been given for a work item that contributes to the report.
