Importer add on - don't see it

Can this be used for importing of requirements too ? it only seems to indicate test cases and scripts.

Aside from that, I've installed several times and still don't see the option on Excel - I've even implemented the fix that was given and added a bypass to the registry ...

Dont know exactly about the workitems...

But regarding the install... Do you see a mso2rqm folder in the C:\Documents and Setings\All users\ folder? If yes, there should be a debug log in it.
Which version of office are you using? Supported is office 2003 SP3 and forward.
If not its possible that the install didnt go throught like it should. One of the options is that the office .net programability is not enabled (you can see that in the install options of office)
The other one is that the extensibility.dll (part of .net framerwork) is not present on you system. That is what happened with me. Easiest way to solve this one is to create the folder where you are installing the plugin, put the extensibility.dll into the folder and then attempt the install.

I am no expert on the matter (did it only once, with the help of someone from development) but hope this helps.

Do you have an office.dll in the install folder? If so, try copying it to your C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11 folder.
If not, where did you get your version of the excel tool?

What worked for me was to use the option (during installation) to have the programm available for all users instead for only me. After this the RQM add in became available in Excel (using XP sp3 and office 2003).
