Is there any way to link an RTC work item with an RRC artifact?

In RRC 1.x, you could create an external link from an RRC artifact to an RTC work item. However in the 2.0 release, there will be full-fledged RRC - RTC (and RQM) integration.

Sorry, it's not supported in Beta2. With 2.0GA, you will be to do much much more than just linking to RTC work items or RQM test cases. Some highlights:
- Create work items and test cases from within RRC
- View rich hovers for linked work items and test cases
- Link collections to test plans
- Auto-generation of test cases in RQM based on the requirements in a collection
- Run cross-repository queries (example: requirements with implemented work items but failing tests)
- Have viewlets from all three products in a single web dashboard
