Is it make any difference that if Licensing server is on different geographic location and CLM  JTS is on different geographic location.  both server which are communicating are on different geographic locations does that effect on users ??

I think I remember having heard from a situation where this was the case at a customer and they had a very high latency and unreliable connection. This caused a lot of issues from what I heard. In general, I am not aware that there should be a problem, but I would assume how reliable and fast the infrastructure is. In general you want your servers and databases to be able to communicate as fast as possible.
