Is it matter that two server JTS and Licensing server is on different geographic location

I think I remember having heard from a situation where this was the case at a customer and they had a very high latency and unreliable connection. This caused a lot of issues from what I heard. In general, I am not aware that there should be a problem, but I would assume how reliable and fast the infrastructure is. In general you want your servers and databases to be able to communicate as fast as possible.
