Why isn't my simple custom theme working in 6.0.2 ifix6 ?

Very simple UI theme that adds 4 links in the html/aboveBanner.html and the other html files are simply empty.

Must not have been holding my mouth right....  Re-doing the theme seems to be sticking now...

Seems to be.  It was odd as I could Preview, but then Activating ( on some repositories ) the additions did not show.
