JRS 5.0.2 shows owner attribute value as Resource full name missing

 JRS 5.0.2 report shows owner attribute value as Resource full name missing.
User account is properly set from LDAP.
Query results show the user name properly.
In report "Set Condition" under choose value, if search for user to select shows "No users found" matching.
User is listed in JRS "Choose Report Managers" section.

This issue is only for ONE particular user

Hi Tojan, I know this is an old post. Just wondering was this issue resolved. If so, what was the root cause and how you resolved it? Thanks.

Hi Cathy, This issue is resolved by running full load DCC
