Update Process configuration from external resource
Is it possible to export a Workflow from ccm to a file and use this file to import the workflow to an existing project (process configuration)?

This will not work unless the two projects have the exact same actions and states. You can find the workflow in the Process Configuration Source tab in the RTC Eclipse client, just look for "'workflowDefinition". If you understand the source code there, you can simply copy the source to another project.
