PDF export format of the Test Script

Goncalo Thums (111) | asked Jun 06 '16, 4:34 p.m.

We would like to know if it is possible to configure the fields displayed in a test script when it is export to a PDF file. The default configuration of the generated PDF file is not good because of the following reasons:

1) The fields have the same size (for example "Step" and "Description"). The "Step" can be in a smaller size;
2) We don't need to show the "Comments" column;
3) We're not using the "Attachments" and "Validates" information showed in each step.

When we used the print option of the Test Script, the data plotted is in a more cleaner and compact format. Why the export PDF functionality has not the same format of the print option?

Hi, Goncalo

Unfortunately I don't think this PDF print job can be re-formatted currently.
Regarding what you see difference between print previous in UI and PDF export, there are discussions in the below work items which could address your concerns:

You may want to make your comments in the workitem to explain what you need and expect from PDF job format.

Thanks
