CRRRC1168E The Jazz REST Services database user is not valid

Hi All,

Im installing RRC 1.0 Server on fedora 10 linux 2.6. and DB2 9.5. When I run the administration setup using rrcconfig ( logged in as rdmadmin user ) as per the tutorial in the Help section. I get this strange error.
CRRRC1168E The Jazz REST Services database user is not valid
SQL30082N Security processing failed with reason "15" ( "PROCESSING FAILURE") SQLSTATE=0800

jrsuser can connect to the db2 instance and is part of the db2iadm1 group

1) Jazz Rest Services server settings
Jazz REST Services database type : DB2
Jazz REST Services server type : Apache tomcat

Jazz REST Services server URL : https://localhost:9443/jazz/
Jazz REST Services server installation path : /opt/IBM/RRCS/jazz

Jazz REST Services server admin user : ADMIN
Jazz REST Services server admin password : ADMIN

Jazz REST Services database user : jsruser <<<<<Problems>>
Jazz REST Services database password : xxxxxxxx

2) DB2 settings for Jazz REST Services data
DB2 server : localhost
DB2 instance : DB2INST1
DB2 instance port no : 50000
DB2 database alias : JRSDB
DB database drive :
DB2 administrator : db2inst1
DB2 administrator password : xxxxxxxx


3) DB2 settings for Jazz REST Services index information
DB2 server : localhost
DB2 instance : DB2INST1
DB2 instance port no : 50000
DB2 database alias : JRSXML
DB database drive :
DB2 administrator : db2inst1
DB2 administrator password : xxxxxxxx

4) Jazz REST Services settings for RRC Server
Jazz REST Services server URL
