How to generate a report with that will contain the Module Name, Modified date & Modified By.
This should contain all the Modified date. One row per modification.
Is it possible to generate a report in Insight.
Default Audit History report of RPE generates this.

Hello Chidambaram,

the Modified date and Modified By information for Collections/Modules is not available in the data warehouse and consequently for reporting in Insight.

RPE remains your best option for this type of reports.
